German Jujutsu

German Jujutsu is influenced by Europe and its modernity. However, the foundation is built upon classical Japanese martial arts that preserve the Jujutsu spirit. German jujutsu includes moving techniques (steps, “glides”, turns), the falling technique, the ground work, strike and grip protection techniques (blocks, counterstrikes), hand and leg strikes, throw techniques, submission locks to joints, submission locks to shock the body and head parts. It also includes choking, protection against an armed opponent, fighting with a club (stick), knife and handheld items.
