CHOI – this is the style of the Din family, which is based on the Myanmar military training system (Thaying). Modern Choi training is divided into 3 stages:
Tiger — a rigid straight-line technique. Dragon — occupying the opponent’s space. Snake — interaction in close contact with the opponent, while avoiding the force counters. The Choi technique also includes crane and a leopard movements.
Choi training process is divided into 3 levels for convenience:
1. Health: gymnastics, massage, basic fighting technique and exercises for physical and energetic harmonization;
2. Sports-combat (applied) techniques;
3. Esoteric: the superior mastery.
