Bukh Barilda

Bukh Barilda is the national wrestling of the Mongolian people, which is widely practiced in Mongolia, Buryatia and Tuva. This style of wrestling uses a variety of techniques with or without grappling. The wrestlers are dressed in a special suit that consists of mongol gutal, national boots with upturned toes, shuudag, shorts, and zodog, a kind of short vest that leaves the chest open.
