Chito-ryu. The special attention is paid to Kime しめ – tension of lower body muscles to have stronger strikes and a more of a stable stand. The use of Shibori (Japanese 絞り) is the tension of muscles together with rotation in individual body parts (most often in hands) to increase the strength. Quick body turns. Frequent use of Tai sabaki 体捌き, leaving of the attack line.
