Adi-khai pidutham

Adi-khai pidutham (in the language of Dravidians, population who lives in the South of India: “pidutham” means control, «khai» means hands, and «adi» means the most vulnerable parts of the body) is an ancient Indian martial art. This school technique includes throwing, holds, submission holds and strikes with fingers to sensitive spots. There is a special training section called “marma” i.e., a set of information on the location and functioning of nerve and energy centers of the human body.
